Vicki brings almost 18 years of employee benefits experience, including self-funded plans. She considers herself a partner with her clients on developing their benefit strategy, managing costs, and providing quality service. She has a vast knowledge of compliance, implementation, audits, claims analysis, benefit administration and reporting. Vicki works with several employer groups in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, service, non-profit, construction, and transportation that offer multiple benefit offerings on a national and international scale.
Vicki earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She holds a Tennessee license for Life, Health and Variable Annuities. She currently serves on the Executive Board for Nashville Area Panhellenic Alumnae and has volunteered with the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee for over 20 years.
